‘Every child is a star’
Manama : New Millennium School-DPS observed the joyous event to celebrate childhood and promote the theme ‘Every Child is a Star’.
Children’s Day at the school was celebrated with a range of innovative and fun filled activities and special assemblies that seemed much like a festival. The assemblies organized by the teachers of KG to Grade XII for the children, brought out the talents of many teachers to the fore while they attempted to entertain the students, setting role models for them to emulate.
The enthusiasm of the celebration was witnessed throughout the day. It focused on nurturing children with love and affection. Laughter and camaraderie marked the celebrations which left the students in bouts of laughter as they enjoyed the day.
Gifts were distributed amongst the children by the school on behalf of Chairman, Dr. Ravi Pillai and the Managing Director, Geetha Pillai. Both of them extended their best wishes and blessings. During the special assemblies, the Principal, Arun Kuumar Sharma, addressed the students and teachers and expressed his love for the children & wished them a blessed future.
