Three terror suspects held in Saudi Arabia
Manama : Saudi security authorities have arrested three Bahrainis in connection with terrorism related cases, Saudi media reported yesterday.
According to Saudi daily Al Watan, the Bahrainis figured in a list of 85 suspects and the arrest took place last month.
Without explaining the details of the terror crimes the suspects are involved in, the report mentioned that the majority of the arrested suspects were Saudi nationals, followed by Pakistani, Yemeni and Syrian suspects. However, it was added that the Bahrainis were arrested on different dates.
DT News reported earlier that a Bahraini man was included in a list of the most wanted individuals in Saudi Arabia for their involvement in terrorist activities. Saudi Press Agency reported last October that a prize of SR1 million (BD100,000) was announced for informers. The Bahraini authorities had revealed information about the suspect the next day, clarifying that he had fled Bahrain four years ago.
