iGA Showcases Digital Housing Services

The Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA) is showcasing a range of digital housing and real estate services at the 2nd Innovation Summit in the Social Housing Sector 2026.

The exhibition, organised by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning and Eskan Bank as part of the fourth GCC Housing Week, features services available through Bahrain’s National Portal, bahrain.bh, and digital channels using the revamped eKey 2.0.

Among the services on display are housing and Mazaya applications, housing financing requests, Benefit Credit Report, housing application status enquiries, electronic contract registration, address certificate services, property title deed transfers, land surveys and cadastral map purchases.

The iGA is also highlighting the MyGov app, which provides access to government services through a unified digital platform. Digital systems supporting the real estate sector, including the Benayat building permit system and Planning Platform, are also being showcased.

The exhibition further features Bahrain’s Open Data Portal, data.gov.bh, which provides government data to support innovation and the development of digital solutions.

The iGA said its participation reflects ongoing efforts to expand eGovernment services, improve user experience and support Bahrain’s digital transformation through technology and innovative solutions.
