Survey and Land Registration Bureau has upgraded its “survey certificate request” service into a fully digital system as part of ongoing government efforts to improve service quality and streamline procedures.
The enhanced service allows individuals and surveying offices to submit all applications electronically, significantly reducing processing time from five working days to three.
According to the bureau, the upgrade also automated application procedures and data submission, cutting service level agreement timelines by more than 25 percent and ensuring full availability through digital channels.
