Government Reviews Diplomacy Efforts

Deputy Prime Minister, HE Shaikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, chaired the weekly Cabinet meeting at Gudaibiya Palace on Monday, where ministers reviewed national developments, regional diplomacy, and government initiatives.

The Cabinet reaffirmed the importance of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa’s recent address to the media, describing it as a guiding framework for protecting Bahrain’s interests, strengthening security and stability, and sustaining national development.

Ministers stressed that all government entities continue to implement royal directives, highlighting that safeguarding Bahrain’s security and stability remains a shared national responsibility.

The Cabinet also expressed appreciation for the support shown by Bahraini and GCC families and tribes following the King’s address, as well as solidarity from allied countries and international organisations in support of Bahrain’s sovereignty and security measures.

It commended the positions of several Arab and GCC leaders and organisations, including Morocco, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Jordan, Egypt, Syria, Yemen, Lebanon, the GCC General Secretariat, and the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation, for their backing of Bahrain.
