Foreign Minister Meets Ukrainian Security Official in Manama
Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs, received Rustem Umerov, Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council of the Republic of Ukraine and Special Envoy of the Ukrainian President for defence cooperation with Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states.
During the meeting, both sides reviewed the longstanding ties between the Kingdom of Bahrain and Ukraine, and discussed ways to further strengthen cooperation across various sectors in line with shared interests.
They also exchanged views on regional developments and a range of issues of mutual concern.
The meeting was attended by senior officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
