Bahrain Condemns Terror Plot Targeting Kuwait’s Sovereignty

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain has strongly condemned and denounced the terrorist and sabotage plot that targeted the sovereignty of the State of Kuwait, aimed at undermining its security and stability, spreading chaos, disrupting public order, and endangering the safety of citizens, residents, and national assets.

The ministry reaffirmed Bahrain’s firm stance in solidarity with Kuwait, expressing full support for the measures taken by the Kuwaiti authorities to safeguard the country’s sovereignty, security, and stability. This position reflects the longstanding fraternal ties between the leaderships and peoples of the two nations, and underscores that the security of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries is indivisible.

Bahrain also expressed appreciation for the efficiency and vigilance of Kuwait’s security and intelligence agencies in uncovering the terrorist cell linked to the banned terrorist organization “Hezbollah,” arresting its members, dismantling the network, and thwarting its malicious plans. The Kingdom extended its wishes to Kuwait and its people for continued security, stability, and prosperity.
