Interior Ministry Invites Public Feedback on Trial of Wireless Emergency Alert System
The Ministry of Interior has invited citizens and residents to share their feedback on the trial operation of the wireless emergency alert system.
The ministry said that comments, suggestions, and inquiries related to the trial can be submitted to the General Directorate of Civil Defence through the National Suggestions and Complaints System, “Tawasul,” or via the Tawasul application available on the eGovernment App Store.
It added that public feedback will help evaluate the system’s performance and enhance its effectiveness in delivering timely emergency alerts.
