"Star of the Stage" Auditions Draw Large Crowds for Third Season

The third season of the "Star of the Stage" program launched with significant success on Saturday, January 3, as auditions were held at the Dragon Beach Hotel. The event saw a remarkable turnout of aspiring performers eager to secure a place in the Kingdom’s growing theatrical scene.
Out of more than 200 applicants from various age groups, 50 individuals were shortlisted to perform live auditions before a professional judging panel. This selection process aimed to identify the most promising talents ready for the rigors of professional theater.
Successful candidates are expected to join intensive theater workshops scheduled for the third week of January. This training program serves as a preparatory phase for a new theatrical production set to debut next season.
This initiative highlights a continued commitment to nurturing young artistic talent and refining the skills of emerging performers. By fostering new creative voices, the program plays a vital role in enriching the Bahraini theatrical landscape and ensuring its long-term excellence.
