Two Face Trial for Unlicensed Motorcycle Rental Business in Bahrain
Manama: The Public Prosecution in Bahrain has referred two defendants to criminal trial for operating an unlicensed motorcycle rental business, putting the public at risk. The defendants rented four-wheel drive motorcycles without obtaining the necessary licenses and safety requirements, leading to several accidents and serious injuries.
According to reports, the defendants were warned to cease their unlicensed activity, but two of them continued to operate, violating the law. The Public Prosecution has taken deterrent legal measures against the defendants, emphasising that protecting public safety is a top priority.
The Attorney General stressed that the Public Prosecution will not hesitate to take action against anyone who endangers the lives of citizens and residents, highlighting the importance of complying with laws and regulations.
