Ministry of Justice and European University Sign Legal Cooperation Agreement

H.E. Mr. Nawaf bin Mohammed Al-Maawda, Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments, and Professor Andrew Nix, President of the European University in Bahrain, signed a memorandum of cooperation to strengthen joint scientific and professional collaboration in legal studies and specialized training.
The agreement supports developing national legal capabilities and preparing cadres to international standards, particularly through cooperation on the Professional Certificate in the Practice of Law (PLPC) program in English.
The partnership, which includes the Institute of Judicial and Legal Studies, will involve developing scientific materials, exchanging practical expertise, and utilizing the University’s strengths in digital transformation to enhance the quality of legal education and meet the evolving needs of Bahrain’s legal sector.
