Bahraini Ambassador Attends Türkiye’s Victory Day Reception in Ankara
Bahrain’s Ambassador to Türkiye, Bassam Ahmed Marzooq, attended a reception hosted by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan at the Presidential Complex in Ankara to mark the 103rd anniversary of Türkiye’s Victory Day.
During the event, Ambassador Marzooq conveyed the greetings of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Bahrain, wishing President Erdoğan good health and continued prosperity for Türkiye and its people.
President Erdoğan, in return, asked the ambassador to extend his greetings to Bahrain’s leadership, expressing his best wishes for Bahrain’s progress and prosperity. He also voiced his pride in the growing relations between the two countries across various fields.
Victory Day, observed annually on August 30, is a national holiday in Türkiye, celebrated with events and ceremonies across the country as well as by Turkish embassies and missions abroad.
