Riyadh: Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and Russian President Vladimir Putin spoke over the phone on Tuesday about the recent developments in the Middle East, with a particular emphasis on the region's weaker security situation.
The two presidents also reviewed Yemen's catastrophic military and political situation, which is marked by further escalation by Houthi forces and growing concerns about regional stability.
