Interior Minister Welcomes Newly Appointed Governors and General Coordinator

Lieutenant General His Excellency Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Minister of Interior, today welcomed His Excellency Shaikh Rashid bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa, the newly appointed General Coordinator of the Governorates, His Excellency Shaikh Khalid bin Hamoud bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Governor of the Capital Governorate, and Mr. Hassan Abdullah Al Madani, Governor of the Northern Governorate. The meeting was held in the presence of the Deputy Minister of Interior and the Director-General of Public Security.

The occasion comes following the issuance of the Royal Decree appointing the officials to their new positions.

During the meeting, the Minister extended his heartfelt congratulations to the newly appointed officials, praising the royal trust placed in them and wishing them success in fulfilling their responsibilities toward the nation.

His Excellency emphasized the importance of working efficiently and with dedication to strengthen security and stability, maintain strong communication with citizens, address their needs, and oversee development projects in collaboration with relevant service authorities. He also highlighted the competence and experience of the General Coordinator and the Governors, noting their contribution to providing comprehensive services to residents of the governorates.

In response, the General Coordinator and the Governors expressed their sincere gratitude to the Minister of Interior and reaffirmed their honor and commitment to serving the nation in their new roles.
