HM the King Discusses Regional Stability, Reiterates Diplomatic Approach

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the King of Bahrain, warmly received His Royal Highness Crown Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Prime Minister, along with several senior officials today at Al-Sakhir Palace.

During the meeting, they reviewed several important topics concerning both local and regional matters.

His Majesty congratulated the Kingdom of Bahrain on winning a non-permanent seat on the United Nations Security Council for the 2026–2027 term. This achievement reflects Bahrain’s respected position on the international stage and shows the world’s confidence in its diplomatic approach, effective foreign service, and contributions to global peace and security.

The King also extended his heartfelt congratulations to all outstanding students who have excelled at various educational levels, wishing them continued success in their studies and encouraging them to keep advancing their knowledge to serve their country and community. His Majesty appreciated the efforts of the Minister of Education, educational staff, and the crucial role of families and parents in supporting students.

Furthermore, His Majesty was briefed on the latest regional developments and their impact on security and stability in the area. The meeting reaffirmed Bahrain’s firm stance on resolving crises through dialogue and diplomatic means, emphasizing the importance of peaceful solutions for the benefit of all peoples.
