Bahrain Welcomes Agreement to Integrate Syrian Democratic Forces into National Institutions
The Kingdom of Bahrain has welcomed the agreement to integrate the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) into the institutions of the Syrian Arab Republic, emphasizing its commitment to Syria’s territorial unity and rejecting any form of division.
In a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Bahrain hailed the agreement as a positive step toward strengthening the foundations of a state governed by the rule of law and constitutional institutions. The Ministry highlighted the importance of justice and citizenship as key pillars in Syria’s rebuilding process.
Reaffirming Bahrain’s unwavering support for Syria’s security, stability, sovereignty, and territorial integrity, the statement also urged all segments of Syrian society to prioritize national unity. The Ministry called on Syrians to reject division and discord while actively participating in the development of robust state institutions that align with their aspirations for peace, security, and prosperity.
