Kuwait records two deaths and 553 cases of Corona virus
Today, the 13th of September, the Kuwaiti Ministry of Health announced the registration of two deaths and 553 new cases of the emerging corona disease (Covid-19) during the past 24 hours.
The ministry stated that the total number of registered cases in the country reached 94,764, and the total number of deaths registered to date is 560.
The Kuwaiti News Agency (KUNA) quoted the ministry’s spokesman, Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad, that the number of people receiving medical care in intensive care departments reached 94, bringing the total of cases that were confirmed to have (Covid-19) disease and are still receiving medical care 9,209 cases.
He pointed out that the number of swabs that were performed during the past 24 hours reached 2739, bringing the total to 675742 examinations.
And the Kuwaiti Ministry of Health announced earlier today that 591 injuries had recovered during the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of recovery cases to 84,995.
