Ahmed bin Salman Al Musallam, Speaker of the Council of Representatives, received Ni Ruchi, Ambassador of China to Bahrain, on the occasion of the end of his tenure.
Al Musallam highlighted the continued development of Bahrain-China relations across development, economic, trade and cultural fields. He also stressed Parliament’s commitment to strengthening parliamentary cooperation through exchanges of visits and expertise and activating parliamentary friendship committees.
The Chinese ambassador expressed appreciation for the strong bilateral relations and affirmed China’s keenness to expand cooperation, particularly in parliamentary, economic and investment fields. He also praised the Bahrain Parliament’s role in supporting ties between the two countries.
