Visit Qatar Unveils ‘Hala Summer’ Campaign for GCC Visitors
Visit Qatar has launched its annual summer campaign, Hala Summer, inviting families and travellers from across the GCC to enjoy a season packed with entertainment, leisure, and hospitality experiences across the country.
Running from May through the end of September 2026, the campaign highlights Qatar’s appeal as an accessible summer destination for regional visitors, supported by convenient air and land connectivity and a tourism offering designed to suit families and visitors of all ages.
This year’s programme brings together a wide range of attractions and events, with a focus on indoor and climate-controlled venues. Among the headline experiences are the upcoming Qatar Toy Festival, Minecraft World, Colorverse, Fontana Circus, and Sneaker Con. The summer calendar will also feature live entertainment, including a concert by John Legend on September 10.
Visitors can also expect seasonal activities across several of Qatar’s major shopping destinations, including Doha Festival City, Mall of Qatar, Villaggio Mall, Place Vendôme, Al Hazm, and City Center Doha, where live performances, activations, and character appearances will take place throughout the season.
Hotels and resorts across the country are also set to introduce summer packages tailored to GCC travellers, including family-friendly activities, seasonal dining experiences, and accommodation offers. Beyond the city, visitors can explore attractions such as Meryal Waterpark, along with theme parks, indoor entertainment venues, beach clubs, and a variety of recreational experiences.
Visit Qatar said the campaign is designed to appeal to a broad range of travellers. Families can enjoy activities suited to all age groups, while couples can take advantage of luxury stays and wellness experiences. Groups of friends can also explore adventure activities, beachside venues, water attractions, and air-conditioned dining destinations throughout the summer.
Through the Hala Summer campaign, Qatar continues to strengthen its position as a leading regional destination, offering GCC visitors a blend of entertainment, comfort, and cultural familiarity during the summer months.
