Bahrain will learn their opponents for the 2026 AFC Beach Soccer Asian Cup when the draw takes place at the Asian Football Confederation headquarters in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on Thursday.
The kingdom have been placed in Pot Three alongside Saudi Arabia and Vietnam for the ceremony, which is scheduled to begin at 10am Bahrain time.
A total of 12 teams will compete in the 12th edition of the continental championship, to be held in Thailand from November 18 to 28.
Hosts Thailand, Iran and Oman make up Pot One, while Japan, the UAE and Lebanon have been placed in Pot Two. Afghanistan, Iraq and Uzbekistan complete the line-up in Pot Four.
The teams will be divided into three groups of four, with the top two from each advancing to the quarter-finals alongside the two best third-placed sides. The competition will then move into an eight-team knockout stage as the continent's leading beach soccer nations battle for the Asian crown.
