Martin Garrix to Headline Post Race Concert At Sepang
Bahrain International Circuit and Sepang International Circuit announced that the multi-platinum-selling Dutch DJ and producer will headline a post-race concert at Sepang International Circuit following the Grand Prix.
The Formula 1 Bahrain Grand Prix weekend will take place from October 2 to 4, with Garrix performing on the final day after the race.
Concert ticket upgrades will be available exclusively to fans who purchased a race weekend ticket by midnight on September 7. Eligible ticket holders can upgrade their tickets from September 8 for US$100 per person, subject to limited availability and venue capacity.
Upgrade instructions will be sent directly to eligible ticket holders by email.
Martin Garrix is one of the world's most successful electronic music artists. The Dutch DJ has topped DJ Mag's Top 100 DJs ranking multiple times and has accumulated more than one billion streams.
Throughout his career, Garrix has collaborated with major artists including Dua Lipa, Ed Sheeran, U2, Bebe Rexha, Khalid, Macklemore, Avicii and Madonna.
He rose to international fame in 2013 with his hit “Animals”, which topped charts around the world and established him as one of electronic music's biggest young stars.
Garrix has since performed at major global events and festivals including Coachella, Tomorrowland, Ultra Music Festival and Lollapalooza.
Fans hoping to attend the concert are encouraged to purchase their race weekend tickets before the September 7 deadline, as concert upgrades are limited.
