The minister said that the report included an opening speech by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, in which he praised the efforts made to achieve more progress in implementing the new urban plan that is part of the government's program to achieve economic growth, raise human development rates and apply the principles of sustainability, competitiveness and justice following the Economic Vision 2030.
