Eid Al Adha, also known as the feast of the sacrifice or Qurbani in some parts of the world, falls on the day that follows the Hajj rite (pilgrimage) in Islam and continues for three days.

Muslims usually sacrifice cattle and share it among friends, family and the poor on this day.
