TRA wins “Employer of the Year” award in MENA region
Dubai : Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) Bahrain was announced the winner of the “Employer of the year award” in the public sector for the Middle East and North Africa region (MENA) for the second consecutive year.
TRA received the award at the 12th Human Capital Forum MENA, which was held in Dubai on April 30th.
“TRA prides itself to maintain an environment where employees are motivated to achieve, and to grow within the organisation,” said Deputy General Director of TRA, Shaikh Nasser Bin Mohamed Al Khalifa, “It is a core aim of TRA to be an employer of choice.”
TRA won the award ahead of ASTAD, Qatar who came in second.
The HR Excellence Awards, organised by Naseba, a UAE based global firm had participants including large international firms like ORACLE, Riyad Bank, Al Ahli Bank, Jordan Dubai Islamic Bank and KPMG, among others.
