Gulf Hotel Bahrain offers internship programme
Manama : The Gulf Hotel Bahrain Convention & Spa yesterday said it offers internship programme allowing graduates to become a part of the hotel’s top management team and progress rapidly within the company.
The programme, according to the Gulf Hotel Bahrain, aims at preparing trainees in various operational roles. The course includes a six-month internship in the hotel, which will be followed by internship at a well-known prestigious hospitality universities abroad to complete the senior management diploma.
The programme is overseen by Garfield Jones, Chief Executive Officer of the Gulf Hotels Group and Mahmoud Abd El Monem, the Group Director of Human Resources and Development.
The statement also added that successful trainees are appointed as assistant managers in different sections of the hotel. Jassim Khalid Lori and Fatten Al Ansari are among the young Bahraini entrepreneurs enrolled in the programme.
