Sitra Causeway and Estiqlal Highway to remain closed
Manama : The Ministry of Works, Municipality Affairs and Urban Planning in collaboration with the General Directorate of Traffic announced yesterday that sections of Sitra Causeway and Estiqlal Highway will remain closed for maintenance works.
Lanes one and two on Sitra Causeway was closed yesterday for south-bound traffic leading to Riffa and will be opened at 5:00 am tomorrow.
Lanes on Estiqlal Highway near Alba Roundabout will be closed on two stages for north-bound traffic leading to Isa Town
For Stage one, lane two was closed yesterday at 11:00 pm and will be opened at 05:00 am tomorrow. For Stage two, lane one will remain closed from tomorrow 5:00 am and will be opened at 05:00 am on Sunday.
