School girl dies in accident in Bahrain
Manama : A 15-year-old school girl who was admitted to the Salmaniya Medical Complex hospital following an injury in a traffic accident died last night.
A car which lost control, hit Arooj Qaisar, a Pakistani girl studying in class 8 while waiting for her school bus at Mahooz.
She was admitted to SMC with serious injuries on Monday morning.
A group of expat volunteers worked tirelessly since Monday to find volunteers with O-negative blood to bring Arooj back to life.
Forty units of blood were given after extensive search for the rare blood type. Unfortunately she didn’t survive.
