Expat housewife dies of heart attack

An expat housewife died of heart attack yesterday at her residence in Jidali.
The body of Beena Binu (39), who was found dead in the bathroom, will be repatriated on Friday at 5.30pm by Air India Express to her hometown in the Indian state of Kerala. She had consulted a doctor at the Salmaniya Medical Complex Hospital earlier the day as she was not feeling well and medical tests were done for blood pressure.
She is survived by her husband Binu Chakkappan who is employed in the Ministry of Works, Bahrain and students Aleena Binu (New Indian School) and Aldrin Binu (New Millennium School). The family was a member of St Peters Jacobite Syrian Orthodox Church, Bahrain. Beena hails from, Piravom a town in the Ernakulum district in Kerala and her father Kuriakose and mother Mariamma were former residents of Bahrain.
St. Peter’s JSO Church Secretary George Thomas informed that a prayer meeting would be held on Friday at the church.
