EWA thrash Banagas in bowling league
Manama : Electricity and Water Authority (EWA) defeated Banagas 8-0 to lead its group in the third week of the Bahrain Industrial Bowling League Golden Triangle League 2016 at the Fun Land Centre in Manama.
Top scoring for EWA was guest player Emad Jahromi (223) high game and (640) high series and for Banagas Mohammad Al Murbati (218) game and Ali Abdulla (514) series.
Gulf Air also top their group following an 8-0 win over Tatweer with the top scorer for Gulf Air being guest player Jm Villanueva (279) high game of week and 679) high series of week and for Tatweer (255) game and (667) series.
This week Master Championship competition will be played when the 12 top players by average in a scratch competition in a round-robin with the top five qualifying for the step ladder and two players with handicap from each team to qualify 12 players.
