Tourism Sector Eyes Fresh Partnerships

 

Bahrain is showcasing its growing tourism potential and investment opportunities at the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2026 in Dubai, highlighting its diverse tourism offerings, advanced infrastructure and high-quality projects to international markets.

Minister of Tourism Fatima bint Jaafar Al Sairafi participated in the event, held at the Dubai World Trade Centre under the theme “Travel 2040: New Frontiers Through Innovation and Technology.”

Al Sairafi said Bahrain’s active participation in ATM reflects the Kingdom’s commitment to engaging directly with tourism partners and international markets. She highlighted the importance of using the global platform to promote Bahrain’s tourism offerings and strengthen its presence on the regional and international tourism map.

The minister said Bahrain’s diverse attractions, advanced infrastructure and high-quality tourism projects can help attract more visitors and investment, while supporting the continued development and competitiveness of the Kingdom’s tourism sector.

She described ATM as one of the leading global platforms for the travel and tourism industry, providing opportunities to strengthen international cooperation, build partnerships, exchange expertise and explore the latest trends shaping the sector.

The minister added that such engagement supports sustainable tourism growth and helps enhance the competitiveness of tourism destinations.

Bahrain is participating in ATM 2026 with a pavilion bringing together 28 entities from the public and private sectors.
