HM King Expresses Solidarity with Egypt After Earthquake
His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa held a telephone call with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, expressing Bahrain’s solidarity with Egypt following the recent earthquake.
His Majesty wished the Egyptian people safety and wellbeing, while the two leaders reviewed Bahrain-Egypt relations and ways to further strengthen cooperation in support of their shared interests.
Youth Development Drive Continues
Housing and Urban Planning Minister Amna bint Ahmed Al Romaihi visited Youth City 2030 to review its programmes and initiatives aimed at developing youth skills and preparing them for future opportunities.
The minister toured training centres and highlighted the importance of government cooperation in supporting youth development, innovation and leadership through national initiatives.
Improving Medical Data Accuracy
Supreme Council of Health President Lieutenant General Dr. Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Khalifa visited the Clinical Classification and Health Records Group at Salmaniya Medical Complex.
He stressed the importance of strengthening health information systems, improving medical data accuracy and developing national expertise to enhance healthcare planning and patient services.
Women’s Day 2026 Logo Revealed
The Supreme Council for Women has unveiled the visual identity for Bahrain Women’s Day 2026, held this year under the theme “Twenty-Five Years at the Heart of the Reform Project.”
The identity commemorates the Silver Jubilee of the council’s establishment and highlights its role in supporting women’s participation in Bahrain’s development journey. The logo features the number 25 surrounded by a wreath, symbolising a quarter century of achievements.
