Bahrain condemns terrorist bombing on cafe in Damascus

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the Kingdom of Bahrain’s strong condemnation and denunciation of the heinous terrorist bombing that targeted a cafe near the Palace of Justice in the Syrian capital, Damascus, with an explosive device, which resulted in the death and injury of a number of innocent civilians.
The Ministry further expressed the Kingdom’s utmost condolences and sympathy to the government of the Syrian Arab Republic and its people, and to the families and relatives of the victims, and its wishes for a speedy recovery for all the injured.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirmed the Kingdom of Bahrain’s solidarity with the Syrian Arab Republic and its support for efforts aimed at achieving security, stability and sustainable development, and preserving Syria’s unity, independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity.
It also reiterated the Kingdom’s firm position rejecting crimes of violence and terrorism in all their forms and manifestations, which aim to undermine security and stability and terrorize innocent people.
