BD8,200 Prize for Outstanding Employee

Maryam Jassim, an employee of the General Secretariat of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, won the grand prize of BD8,200 under the Employee Loyalty Rewards Program, in recognition of her outstanding professional performance, dedication, and valuable contributions to the workplace.
The announcement was made during a ceremony held at the General Secretariat’s headquarters in Seef District, attended by Shaikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Assistant Secretary-General of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, along with a number of officials and employees. Jassim was honored as a distinguished example of national talent and excellence within the government sector.
Her selection was based on the program’s approved criteria, which include performance indicators, job commitment, and positive contributions to the work environment. The initiative forms part of national efforts aimed at promoting a culture of appreciation and encouraging employees to continue achieving excellence and delivering high-quality performance.
