HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister Meets Bahrain Bar Society Board

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today received Salah Ahmed Al Midfa, Chairman of the Bahrain Bar Society, along with members of the Society’s Board of Directors, at Gudaibiya Palace.

During the meeting, His Royal Highness highlighted the continued support of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa for Bahrain’s national workforce, recognising their expertise and contributions to the Kingdom’s ongoing development across various sectors.

His Royal Highness underscored the important role played by the Bahrain Bar Society in advancing the legal profession and congratulated the newly elected Board of Directors, wishing them success in serving the legal community and supporting the Kingdom’s aspirations.

Marking Bahraini Lawyers’ Day, observed annually on June 15, His Royal Highness expressed appreciation to Bahraini lawyers for their vital role in upholding justice, strengthening the rule of law, protecting rights and interests, and reinforcing confidence in Bahrain’s judicial system. He also commended their professionalism and contributions to the Kingdom’s comprehensive development.

For his part, Al Midfa expressed gratitude for His Royal Highness’s continued support for the legal profession and Bahrain’s national legal talent.

The meeting was also attended by His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister’s Court; Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy; Yousif bin Abdulhussain Khalaf, Minister of Labour and Minister of Legal Affairs; and Nawaf bin Mohammed Al Maawda, Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Waqf.
