Capital Governor Visits New Capital Trustees Council Headquarters

Shaikh Khalid bin Humood Al Khalifa, Governor of the Capital Governorate, visited the new headquarters of the Capital Trustees Council in Tubli as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen cooperation and coordination between the governorate and the council and support development and service initiatives across the Capital Governorate.

Upon arrival, Shaikh Khalid bin Humood was welcomed by Saleh Taher Tarada, Chairman of the Capital Trustees Council, and Dr. Khulood Rashid Al Qattan, Vice Chairman of the Council.

During the visit, the Governor toured the council’s new facilities and offices and was briefed on the work environment and resources available to support the council’s operations and enhance its role in serving the community.

Shaikh Khalid bin Humood also met with the Chairman and members of the Capital Trustees Council to review existing areas of cooperation and discuss ways to further strengthen coordination on municipal and service-related matters. The discussions focused on initiatives and projects aimed at advancing development in the Capital Governorate and improving the quality of services provided to citizens and residents.

The Governor highlighted the importance of continued collaboration among all relevant entities, stressing the need to respond effectively to residents’ needs and strengthen institutional partnerships. He noted that close coordination between the governorate and the council plays a vital role in achieving development objectives and supporting Bahrain’s ongoing progress and growth.

For his part, Saleh Taher Tarada expressed appreciation for the Governor’s visit, describing it as a reflection of the strong partnership between the governorate and the council. He said the visit would help further unify efforts to achieve development and service goals in line with royal directives and the continued support of the government led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
