New Volunteers Join Bahrain Red Crescent Initiative

The Bahrain Red Crescent Society (BRCS) organised a two-day orientation event titled “Volunteer with Impact” for newly joined volunteers as part of efforts to promote humanitarian and volunteer work in Bahrain.
The programme introduced participants to the principles of humanitarian action, the history of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, and the importance of volunteering in supporting communities.
New volunteers were also briefed on the Society’s committees, programmes and the key skills needed to take part in relief and humanitarian initiatives both inside and outside Bahrain.
