South Korea Reaffirms Support for Bahrain

H.E. Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh, Chairman of the Shura Council, received Choi Byung Sun following his appointment as ambassador of South Korea to Bahrain.
During the meeting, Al Saleh highlighted the strong and growing relations between Bahrain and South Korea, stressing the importance of enhancing parliamentary cooperation and exchanging legislative expertise between the two friendly nations.
The ambassador also reiterated South Korea’s solidarity with Bahrain in confronting “Iranian attacks” targeting the Kingdom’s security and stability, stressing his country’s rejection of any actions that undermine Bahrain’s sovereignty and security.
Both sides noted that this year marks the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Bahrain and South Korea, reflecting the strength of ties and continued cooperation between the two countries.
