Head of Customs Meets SGS Gulf Regional Director
Head of Customs Shaikh Ahmed bin Hamad Al Khalifa received Dmitry Nikitin, General Manager of SGS Gulf Limited for the Middle East Region, during a meeting held at his office in the presence of officials from both sides.
During the meeting, discussions focused on strengthening cooperation between Customs Affairs and SGS Gulf Limited in the field of technical and technological solutions aimed at supporting the strategic goals of Bahrain Customs.
The talks highlighted efforts related to digital transformation and the development of advanced customs services that contribute to simplifying customs procedures and improving operational efficiency.
The meeting also reviewed a number of topics of mutual interest and explored opportunities to enhance cooperation in areas supporting innovation and technological advancement within customs operations
