The Muslim World League expressed its support for all measures Bahrain takes to safeguard its security and stability, reaffirming its rejection of any actions that could undermine the kingdom’s sovereignty or national cohesion.
In a statement, the organisation said it stood in full solidarity with Bahrain, its leadership and people, confronting what it described as attempts to incite discord, weaken national unity and interfere in its internal affairs.
Muslim World League Secretary-General Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa reiterated the group’s backing for Bahrain’s sovereign steps aimed at preserving the security, stability and the safety of both citizens and residents.
