A number of Arab states voiced strong support for Bahrain following recent sovereign measures taken to safeguard its security and stability, underscoring regional unity against external threats and interference.
The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirmed the Kingdom’s full backing for Bahrain’s leadership, stressing that Manama’s actions to protect its sovereignty and national security are fully supported.
Riyadh added that Bahrain’s security is “an integral part” of the security of Saudi Arabia and the wider Gulf region.
Similarly, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kuwait reiterated Kuwait’s complete support for Bahrain, emphasizing a unified Gulf stance in confronting any threats to the Kingdom’s stability or attempts to interfere in its internal affairs.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates also expressed firm support, with Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan reaffirming that Bahrain’s security is inseparable from that of the United Arab Emirates and the broader Gulf.
From North Africa, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Egypt voiced solidarity with Bahrain, rejecting any external interference and stressing that the Kingdom’s security forms part of Egypt’s national security framework.
Support
Jordan joined the chorus, with its foreign ministry confirming full support for Bahrain’s measures to protect its sovereignty, security, and the safety of its citizens and residents.
The statements reflect a broader regional consensus backing Bahrain’s efforts to maintain stability and deter threats, while reinforcing the principle of collective security across the Arab world and the Gulf.
