The Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force, Field Marshal Sheikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, received the Italian Ambassador to Bahrain, Andrea Catalano, in the presence of the Minister of Defence Affairs, Lt. Gen. Abdullah bin Hassan Al Nuaimi.
Sheikh Khalifa welcomed the ambassador and highlighted the continued growth of Bahrain–Italy relations under the leadership of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and support of HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa.
