HE the Interior Minister, General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, conducted an inspection visit to the National Ambulance Operations Centre and the General Directorate of Media and Security Culture, commending their high level of preparedness and coordinated response to recent regional developments.

He highlighted that, under the directives of the HRH Crown Prince and Prime Minister, government entities operated as a unified system, enabling swift and effective handling of the repercussions stemming from Iranian aggression. He noted that the Ministry of Interior played a central role in maintaining public reassurance, ensuring rapid outreach to the community, and preserving stability.

At the National Ambulance Operations Centre, the minister reviewed enhanced emergency readiness measures, including the deployment of more than 176 ambulances and strengthened coordination with relevant authorities. He praised the National Ambulance for successfully reducing response times and ensuring the timely transfer of injured individuals to hospitals, describing this efficiency as a reflection of strong field capabilities and national commitment.

The visit also focused on the vital role of Police Media in crisis response. The Interior Minister commended its professional performance, particularly in delivering accurate, timely, and credible information, while supporting frontline personnel and reinforcing public confidence.

Police Media activity included releasing 354 media items through international channels and generating a total of 1,858 news and media outputs. Social media platforms recorded record engagement, surpassing 128 million views.
