Oman Central Bank Governor Receives Bahrain Ambassador to Discuss Financial Cooperation

His Excellency Ahmed bin Jaafar Al Musalmi, Governor of the Central Bank of Oman, received His Excellency Dr. Jumaa bin Ahmed Al Kaabi, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the Sultanate of Oman, at his office in Muscat.
During the meeting, the Governor welcomed the Ambassador and praised the strong fraternal relations between the two countries, noting the steady progress across various development sectors, particularly in the financial and banking fields.
For his part, Ambassador Dr. Al Kaabi expressed his appreciation to the Governor and emphasized the importance of further strengthening cooperation in areas that serve the mutual interests of both countries. He also expressed his aspiration to see greater coordination and collaboration in the financial and banking sectors in the coming period.
The meeting reviewed ways to enhance bilateral cooperation and expand it to broader horizons, as well as to exchange best practices and expertise between the two countries in the financial and banking fields.
