Bahraini collector wins silver at Dubai international stamp exhibition

The Bahrain Philatelic Society has celebrated member Fouad Shirazi after he won a silver medal at the Dubai International Stamp Exhibition, along with a certificate of appreciation.
The exhibition, held recently in Dubai, featured a record participation of 76 countries and more than 460 exhibitors.
