Bahrain and UK Explore New Investment Opportunities
His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Deputy King, met today with Lord Jason Stockwood, Minister of State (Minister of Investment) of the United Kingdom, at Riffa Palace.
During the meeting, HRH the Deputy King highlighted the longstanding historical relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United Kingdom, stressing the importance of further expanding cooperation to advance shared goals and aspirations.
His Royal Highness emphasised the continued growth of bilateral strategic cooperation, supported by various agreements and memoranda of understanding. He also underlined the need to broaden partnership opportunities, particularly in the economic and investment sectors.
The meeting also reviewed a number of issues of mutual interest and explored ways to further enhance cooperation between the two countries.
His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Minister of the Prime Minister’s Court, along with several senior officials, attended the meeting.
