Woman Arrested for Stealing Over BD 25,000 from Sponsor's Account
Manama: The Ministry of Interior has announced the arrest of a 30-year-old Asian woman for allegedly stealing more than BD 25,000 from her elderly sponsor's account. The Northern Governorate Police Directorate took action after receiving a report of the incident and tracked down the accused.
The woman allegedly made financial transfers to her personal account using an electronic application. The police have completed the necessary procedures and the case is being referred to the Public Prosecution.
