10 new government land investment opportunities

Cityscape Bahrain 2025 represents an ideal occasion to announce the launch of 10 new investment opportunities via the Government Land Investment Platform. This was highlighted by H.E. Nouf Abdulrahman Jamsheer, Undersecretary for Research and Projects at the Office of the Prime Minister and Chairperson of the Government Land Investment Committee.

She emphasised that the Kingdom continues to strengthen its position as an attractive environment for high-quality real estate investments through strategic initiatives that provide the private sector with multiple opportunities to contribute effectively to national development.

Jamsheer explained that this year’s opportunities are distributed across several vital areas in Bahrain and cover a variety of uses that meet community needs while aligning with urban and economic development plans.

Among these opportunities is a plot in Salman City of 1,718.6 square metres designated for a kindergarten, another plot in the same city of 6,531.4 square metres for a supermarket serving the residential area, and a third plot in East Sitra of 1,750.7 square metres allocated for the same purpose.
