Bahrain Strengthens Status as Premier Hub for Exhibitions and Conferences

His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, affirmed that the Kingdom of Bahrain continues to solidify its position as a leading destination for hosting and organizing specialized exhibitions and events across diverse sectors. This progress is underpinned by the Kingdom’s advanced infrastructure and strong organizational capabilities, His Royal Highness highlighted, emphasizing the commitment to achieving national development goals in alignment with the vision of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.

The Crown Prince made these remarks while officiating the opening of the Arabian Jewelry and Arabian Perfumes Exhibitions 2025 at the Bahrain International Exhibition & Convention Centre in Sakhir. The event was attended by a number of senior officials and dignitaries. His Royal Highness underscored the pivotal role of the exhibitions and conferences sector in diversifying the national economy. He noted Bahrain’s ongoing efforts to develop this vital sector, which contributes significantly to the Kingdom’s tourism and economic objectives, boosts economic growth, and enhances sustainability. Exhibitions, he added, serve as a bright window showcasing Bahrain’s promising investment opportunities.
