UNIDO ITPO Bahrain Celebrates EDIP Graduation

The UNIDO ITPO Bahrain, in collaboration with the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, proudly announces the graduation of four new batches (125, 126, 129, and 130) from the Enterprise Development and Investment Promotion Program (EDIP). This milestone highlights the success of the Bahraini Model, an integrated system developed under the strategic partnership between UNIDO and Bahrain since 2000.
Aligned with Economic Vision 2030 and the UN Sustainable Development Goals, this model champions youth empowerment and economic inclusion, especially for women. Internationally recognized as a best practice, EDIP has supported over 7,000 entrepreneurs in Bahrain and millions globally, fostering job creation and economic diversification.
The model’s success has led to its replication in over 56 countries. Graduates are also invited to two major upcoming events: the 6th World Entrepreneurs Investment Forum (WEIF) 2026 and the 18th International Women Entrepreneurs Conference (IWEC), promoting global collaboration.
