APM Terminals Launches “The Agile Leader” Program

APM Terminals Bahrain, the operator of Khalifa Bin Salman Port, has launched a fully funded, advanced training initiative, “The Agile Leader,” in partnership with Maersk Training.
This three-month program aims to boost national leadership capabilities by developing skills in decision-making, communication, crisis management, and innovation among Bahraini talent, including mid-career leaders and women re-entering the workforce.
Mr. Issa Mohammed Al Qatami, CEO of Government and Security Affairs, noted that the program supports Bahrain’s Economic Vision 2030 by preparing future leaders.
Mr. Rahim Ali Abbas, Head of HR, emphasized that investing in national talent is an investment in the Kingdom’s future, reinforcing Bahrain’s position as a regional center for professional excellence. Participants praised the program’s valuable content and career-defining experience.
